Same experience as the Eli one on here. HORRIBLE!
They did not disclose the all you can eat details, even though I did ask prior and then they lied to me and changed the guidelines continually throughout my meal.
Lied to me it was everything on the menu, then I find later there was no rainbow or Red dragon rolls etc, even though I asked her where the specialty rolls were and they were not listed there.
The rolls were not as pictured, half the meat on top was gone, and triple the rice! insane amount of rice per roll than I ever have seen, with a spec of inside.
They made me feel ashamed for what I was eating, and questioned me for not eating all of their EXTRA rice.
Discussed what I was eating and my "extras" costs were going to be, rudely right infront of me in a different language. And come up with an extra $5 cost for my rice I left on my plate. I ask them, how much their side of rice is? they could not tell me an answer. just what they decided to up charge me on horrible sushi.
I had to ask 3x for a sushi pizza I ordered and really wanted to try, finally got it, then told if I don't finish it, I am charged $2 a slice. She also told me from the beginning when I asked, that whatever rolls i take home I haev to pay for , which I felt was fair, but I ASKED, nothing was disclosed to me. Then she also tells me later on, it's $1 a sushi bite i take home. Which I ate it all anyways, but the story kept on changing!
The service NEVER ASKED ONCE how I was doing or my meal, maybe 4-6 tables in the restaurant and I had to wave down the waitress continually. Horrible service and i was lied too.
Then I go and pay and I am told it's a 19% automatic TIP on my bill! Here I was even contemplating on leaving any tip, for horrible sushi and serbvice, but I do anyways, but to be told its an automatic amount AFTER the fact - again did not disclose any of this!!!! When I first asked about the all you can eat, that was their opportunity to tell me anything! or even on their device, go through the rules with the customer.
Horrible experience and stuffed myself on lacking sushi with little substance and majority rice, because I felt I had too!
THen they ask me for ice cream after? I was hesitant to take their offer and said I will have a little - because what if I don't finish my ice cream, or some melts - will I be charged for that too?!!! SO confusing, surprising, and very miss communicated and ripped off! $69 after it cost me for terrible 'all you can eat sushi" NOT all you can eat rice! and then pay for it extra??
makes no sense.

Very not happy with my purchasing experience. I ordered from the sushi jet web site. It says 25% off if you pick up your order. This was not applied by the web site. This was refused at the store. I ordered shashimi which never made it to the order. So I didn't get it. I left comments with every roll and the pizza. Asking for no cucumber and substitute for avacado. Then I left a comment for the entire order no cucumber substitute for avacado. This was not followed. Many things came with cucumber. Food was otherwise good

This restaurant is very unfair, they give you half of the food you order and charge double for each order, and they basically cheat the customer. They shouldn’t say all you can eat, better to say all you can pay !!!!!
Also customer service is zero, communication zero!
Not recommending!
All about charging you double for nothings!
No , rude stuff!

Food was fine except that I asked for no tobiko and it had it. And looked like they couldn’t find my order and then only made it once I arrived. I understand it was a busy night but didn’t look very professional

Did your restaurant's name changed in 2015 because of Jen and Jet that the couple that got? jen as the mom and jet as the guy? because several businesses here in winnipeg has changed their businesses name because of the changes that were made in 2014.

Placing the order online was super easy. However, the site initially said 15 minutes and it would be ready. However once the order was confirmed it said it would be 80 minutes. That was a big difference and there was no way to cancel the order.
The food and portions were really good though.
