When I placed the order on this official Sushi Jet website, the estimated pickup time clearly showed 20 minutes. However, after the payment was processed and the store confirmed my order, the pickup time was changed to 120 minutes. This is completely unacceptable.
Had I known the actual waiting time was 120 minutes, I would not have proceeded with the order. It is misleading to display a 20-minute pickup time and only update it after the transaction has been completed.
I immediately called the store to address the issue. The staff advised me to cancel the order through the ordering and delivery platform. However, I did not place the order through a third-party platform. I ordered directly from the Sushi Jet official website. Therefore, I do not understand why I was instructed to cancel elsewhere.
I would like a clear explanation as to how the system allowed the transaction to proceed with incorrect pickup information. I also request appropriate resolution for this matter. The the attitude of the staff is totally unacceptable.

The shrimp has a cut but the "vein" "digestive track" has not been cleaned out.

Ordered online, estimated it would be ready in 20 min. Once order was confirmed, it told me 40 minutes. When I went to pick it up, staff member irritably told me it wasn’t ready yet and to sit down. Waited another 20 minutes, and then realized my food was sitting at another counter and nobody bothered to tell me it was ready. I took it and left. Food was mediocre at best. Will not order again from there.

We are huge sushi fans and this has become our go-to sushi restaurant in Winnipeg. The sushi is alt fresh, tasty and masterfully prepared. We don’t eat enough to take advantage of the all you can eat features, but everything we’ve ordered off the menu has been excellent. The only thing we didn’t like wasn’t sushi but the poke bowls which had way too much sauce, mostly mayo. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes good sushi.
